FAQ -- Custom Event Tees

How early should I order event tees?

Three weeks before your event date is the safe window. That gives us time for art approval, production (7-10 business days), and shipping buffer. If you're inside 3 weeks, reach out anyway -- we'll tell you straight whether we can hit your date and what rush options cost. Last-minute DTF transfer orders can sometimes turn faster than screen printing since there are no screen setup steps.

What's the minimum quantity for event tees?

No minimum. We print one shirt just as willingly as five hundred. Under 12 pieces, we'll recommend DTF for cost reasons (no screen setup fees). For events with 50+ attendees, screen printing becomes the better value -- setup costs spread across the run, and you get a softer, more durable print.

Can you mix sizes on one event shirt order?

Yes. You can mix S through 3XL (or beyond depending on the blank) in a single order. Screen printing requires the same design across all sizes. If you need different designs by size or gender -- front/back combinations, for example -- we can handle that too, just note it in your quote request so we can account for it in pricing.

Do you print on both front and back of event shirts?

Yes. Front and back (and even sleeve) locations are common for event tees. Each print location is priced separately for screen printing. For DTF, front + back is a simple flat add. Sponsor logos on the back, event design on the front -- we do this all the time.

What if I don't have a print-ready design?

No problem. Our in-house art team works with whatever you've got -- a rough sketch, a logo from your website, a napkin drawing photographed on your phone. We'll clean it up and send a digital proof before we touch the press. Art prep fees apply for complex custom work; simple logo placements are typically included in setup. When you request a quote, just describe what you're envisioning and we'll take it from there.

Do you ship event tees nationwide?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the continental US via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Most locations receive 1-3 business days after production ships. For events with tight deadlines, ask about UPS 2-Day options when you request your quote. We're based in Yerington, NV but ship orders to events across the country regularly.
